Participation in events, workshops, seminars, personal training

1. Registration
   Registration for an event is binding. Upon receipt of your registration, you will receive a confirmation of participation and your place is reserved. The deposit must be paid within 5 working days of your registration.
   
2. Cancellation fees
   The deposit is non-refundable, but can be used for another event at Academy for Movement Teaching and Consciousness, or Tai Chi Forum Banuat. In the unlikely event that a course should be canceled, we would inform you at least one month in advance and refund your deposit in full. We reserve the right to cancel any event due to insufficient numbers. Academy for Movement Teaching and Awareness cannot be held responsible for any other costs incurred in preparing for the canceled course, including air or train tickets, medical insurance or loss of work. Please ensure that you have full travel insurance. Cancellation insurance is recommended.
   
3. Participation
   Participants take part in events, workshops and further training courses that serve the purpose of prevention at their own risk. Illnesses and/or physical limitations of any kind (e.g. chronic illnesses, surgical interventions, pacemakers, artificial joints, etc.) must be communicated to the organizer(s) prior to participation. In case of doubt, the participant must present the written consent of the attending physician. The exercises shown in the events, workshops and further training courses are intended for personal training. Passing on the exercises and techniques shown (including excerpts) is expressly prohibited. An exception to this are completed and certified training courses (with examination, certificate / examination certificate by our specialist committee). Anyone who nevertheless passes on such exercises and techniques to third parties without authorization and without professional proof of examination acts at their own risk and is personally liable for them. The Academy for Movement Teaching and Consciousness, Tai-Chi-Forum Banuat accepts no liability towards third parties.
   
4. Limitation of liability
   Participation in lectures, workshops, events and further training courses at the Academy for Movement Teaching and Consciousness, Tai Chi Forum Banuat is at your own risk. Liability for physical and/or other damage resulting from the exercises and techniques shown is hereby excluded.
   
5. Copyright
   All seminar documents, handouts, videos, pictures, contributions in written or other (online) form are subject to the copyright of the Academy for Movement Teaching and Consciousness, the Tai-Chi-Forum Banuat and / or the copyright of the Tai-Chi-Forum Deutschland Volker Jung, as well as other owners nn. The use is intended for personal use only. Passing on to other persons is expressly prohibited (see participation).
   
6. Severability clause
   Should individual provisions of these Policies prove to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part or become invalid or unenforceable as a result of changes in legislation, the remaining Policies and the validity of the contract as a whole shall remain unaffected. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that comes as close as possible to the meaning and purpose of the invalid provision. If the contract proves to be incomplete, the provisions that correspond to the meaning and purpose of the contract and would have been agreed in the event of consideration shall be deemed to have been agreed.
